The construction will increase the retail floor space from 670 sqm to 2282sqm and will provide an improved offer, superior service, competitive prices and a range our customers should expect from a New World store.

The demand for modern, high-tech, small offices in Wellington is high, due to the large number of business people who may live in the likes of the Wairarapa or Kapiti, but who need a base in Wellington. There is nothing like it in Wellington and once we get up and running we will be looking at doing the same in Auckland.

Working on the structural strengthening of an older Tudor style building for the Embassy was made even easier by Armstrong Downes getting behind the project once extensive decay was found. Armstrong Downes was easy to work with and became an essential part of the team to rebuild and reinstate the building. The company took care to provide a dwelling with all the expected current building comforts, whilst completely retaining the original Tudor style.

Armstrong Downes Commercial were engaged to construct an extension to our existing Care Home as well as extensive internal refurbishment work.  The site management team were professional and courteous at all times showing respect for our staff and residents who work and live within the building throughout the construction period.  We were impressed with the on-site solutions offered by the team when issues needed to be resolved to avoid programme delays.   We are pleased with the completed development allowing our residents to enjoy the new surroundings.
