Amanda Santos is a high-growth CEO, sales expert and sought-after business advisor who has provided governance and strategic support to more than 100 enterprises within New Zealand.

Formally the Chief Executive of Tekron, an internationally global market-leader in high-precision GPS clocks that she took through a transformation and growth phase. Amanda is often asked to speak about business acceleration and leadership, as well as lead interactive business workshop sessions for NZ organisations.

With a steady track record for accelerating businesses, Amanda has been publicly acclaimed as a finalist in the 2017 and 2018 Women of Influence Awards, as well as a finalist in the Business Category for the prestigious 2017 Welly Awards and finalist in the Inspiring Women Leader category at the NZ International Business Awards, 2018.

Amanda has an MBA in Management and Strategy with Merit from Victoria University of Wellington; a Professional Diploma in Management, Business Management with Distinction from The Open University; and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Amanda has been the Chair of the advisory Board since 2015, working with Simon and Tony since November 2014. As the Chair of the Advisory Board and Advisor to Simon and Tony she provides advice and guidance on a range of matters both strategic and operational.

In Amanda’s spare time she runs a Beginner, Social, Mountain Biking Group that goes out every Saturday morning,  and has done for 10 years.
